As a non-profit organization, the Amici per la Vita Niagara Cycling Club is required to hold an Annual General Meeting each year. Your Membership expires at our AGM unless you renew prior.
For those needing to renew, please arrive between 1 - 2pm. We will also have Kit samples to try on.
Your participation is requested. We will review Financials and our plans for the Year and will hear from our committee members. We will also elect the Board of Directors. The current slate of Directors is up for reelection.
Your vote and presence matters. We require a quorum of 20 Members. If you cannot attend but wish to vote, please contact us for a Proxy Form. We also have a zoom link where you can join remotely and listen along
