Before we start to ponder what lies ahead in 2021, let's pause and think about those who have experienced real hardship and suffered loss during these trying times. Through it all we have learned to adapt our everyday lives for the benefit of the common good. Let's not let our guard down now while we await the delivery of vaccines and look down the path to a return to some kind of normalcy.
Riding our bikes and maintaining active and healthy lifestyles continues to be what we have always promoted as a Club. We need everyone's help to find ways that we can continue to encourage and motivate each other as we start to think about how we can safely return to cycling together again. Let's take this opportunity the challenge ourselves to try and re-imagine what cycling as a Club might look like this coming season.
Toward that end, we would like to hear from you by creating the opportunity for more dialogue and conversations through some "Zoom" group chats. Join us to share your ideas about how we might return to cycling together again or maybe to reconnect again with some friends you haven't seen in awhile. The goal will be to have at least a couple of these "Zoom" chats over the next few weeks when we can continue the conversation. Stay tuned for the dates and invitations to participate.
