Amici per la Vita Niagara Cycling Club Membership Registration will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 2015 from 3pm-4pm and Saturday, April 11th from 1pm-4pm at Klein Development Ltd. You can download the Membership Registration Form below. If you cannot attend one of the Membership Registration dates, you can drop-off or mail in your Membership Registration Form and payment to the address below.
