NO, spinning at G-L for Feb 2nd, Classes have been rescheduled to start Feb 8th.

We have room for the first twenty people, class is approx one hour +,
Our last class just before Christmas was a great success, We'll all get our muscles and bodies prepared for the upcoming riding season.
If any of you are technology inclined and want to bring some music, Goodlife has a system that's supposed to be plug and play.

Looking at the forecast for this Saturday Jan 5th. If the weatherman is correct we could see a high of 5-6c and sunny,
I'll be at Firemans Park for 9.30am start. We'll ride approx 2hrs easy peasy and with a short coffee break.
If the weather turns sour I'll still show up at Firemans and if you arrive we'll decide form there.
Could be the first official ride towards the Leaderboard,
