Canada Day Ride - Gravel/Road Option from Gale Centre at 7:00 am

Come and join us on Tuesday, July 1st I for a 161 km Canada Day intermediate gravel/road ride.  The route is a mix of county roads (gravel and paved) , paved paths, and abandoned rail trail looping through Niagara Region.  The route is 50% paved road and 50 % hard packed gravel and rail trail.  Ideally, you should have a gravel road bike or a hybrid/mountain bike with a minimum tire width of 30 – 35 mm.  Expect an average pace of 22 – 24 km/hr, plus or minus.  The ride is categorized as a ‘B’ ride, primarily for distance, not pace.  The ride will start at

Tuesday, June 24th Morning 'B' Ride from Firemen's at 7:30

Southwest wind tomorrow morning so we'll take a trip out to Fenwick.  Coffee stop at Natures Corner (49 km).  Start time is 7:30 to give us a 30 minute jump start on the heat.

Solstice B & C Alternate Route: June 21, 2025 @7:00AM Firemen's

For those planning to ride either the B or C rides on Saturday we will follow a different route to Dunnville than previously posted. It will be a combined B/C group that will have both Charlie and Marcus as co-leaders. If there are those who wish to ride at a quicker B pace then you are welcome to ride the same route or can opt for the route previously posted by Paul Weerdenberg.
