Ride along the Parkway to Ridgeway, stopping at Tim Hortons then return by quiet back roads ending back at Firemen's Park

On Sunday, July 20th I will be leading a Caledon Trailway gravel ride from Terra Cotta.  The ride follows county roads (gravel and paved) from Terra Cotta to Palgrave where it connects to the Caledon Trailway and follows the rail trail back to Terra Cotta.  The gravel/trail ride is 81 km, with two thirds hard packed gravel trail and the balance paved road.  Ideally, you should have a gravel road bike or a hybrid/mountain bike with a tire width of 30 – 35 mm.  Expect an average pace of 20 – 22 km/hr, plus or minus.  We will stop in Palgrave for a refreshment Bre

Start at 2904 Butlers Walk Jordan Stn.  Bruce and Marie Tracy will host lunch afterwards.  Bring your favourite beverage.  If we go to Grimsby Beach for a small detour, we will add 9 km to the route , making it 48 Km.
