B+ Group

Thursday night B+ ride which takes us in and out to Forkes road and coming home the back way and finishing off with the classic Garner home run sprint .Lets hope the rain holds off and the sun makes an appearance .

All "newbies" to a "time trial" style of bike ride should give this a try! We'll gather into  A and B+ groups starting at Firemen's Park and ride the same route for approximately 1 hour, then compare your times afterwards covering the same route and distance. The next "Crossover Event" will take place in Fonthill on Thursday August 3rd and the final of the monthly series takes place back in the Falls on September 7th. It's an opportunity to test your fitness level and meet some of our Fonthill members.

We’ll head out towards the Niagara Pkwy via Portage Rd, then go south to Chippawa, with possible Murray St-Fallsview-Portage detour (if it looks like the mist is blowing toward the road). We’ll turn around at Legends Way, then head west on Lyons Creek/Biggar to Moyer, zigzagging our way north to Garner Rd, where I anticipate a sprint--just a guess--before hitting the Mountain Rd home stretch.

The ride will start working towards Clifton Hill with the famous u turn and back up the hill all the way towards East West line and continuing on the course .This ride involves two hills in it . As always climb at your own comfortable place and regroup at the top . See you Thursday night at 6.p.m 

NOTL loops with  2 hills and regrouping at the top of each hill.The group will dictate the pace .Hope the weather holds up

The first of our monthly "time Trial" events which alternate between Fonthill and Firemen's Park starting points. Group gathers in Pelham Road Day Care parking area attached to the school. This is considered a "time trial" ride 1 hour in duration along a pre-determined route.
