"Night of the Dead Ride"

Hey if any adults want to come out and play the night after all the kiddies had their's we'll gather for a "night ride" at the top of the Thorold lift locks at the Tourist Information Centre on Chapel St. South in Thorold on Tuesday November 1st at 6:00 pm. We'll cycle along the Welland Canal Recreational Trail towards Welland for 45 minutes then turn around and come home. Bring your lights and anything you may think appropriate for the occasion. It will be at a leisurely pace 22-25 km/hr., costumes are optional!

"Save the Date"

Our year end get together will return to the Delphi Banquet Hall (Chatters) in Niagara Falls on Sunday November 27, 2016 @ 3:00 pm. There will be great eats and plenty of good company and stories to share about the past season riding the roads.  The buffet-style dinner is a $25/person value which the Club will partially subsidize to all members and their guests for a bargain priced $15/person! Watch for more details later, Bev will be messaging everyone to let you know about purchasing a ticket(s) to the event.

"Mr. Dressup" is back!

Some of you who previously ordered Club gear have not yet picked up your booty! It's currently finding a home at the offices of Klein Developments at 6279 Huggins Street in Niagara Falls where it can be picked up during normal business hours. If you don't come soon, a scary clown may visit you at your home! We know where you  live!

Volunteer Riders Needed!

The Niagara Falls International Marathon has requested volunteer riders to "lead out" various categories of runners for their event this Sunday October 30, 2016. If you are interested and able please contact their office directly at (905) 356-9460 to offer your services. You would be required to ride in front of the lead runners of the various distances that are part of the event; ie. men's and women's 5k, 10k, half-marathon and marathon as well as the wheelchair racers;(they race at speeds in excess of 30 km/hr). If you can please consider helping out with an event that attracts an international field of participants to Niagara Falls each year.
