We'll catch the first train to Toronto from the Via Rail station in Niagara Falls, a "Bike Train" that arrives at Toronto's Union Station in @ 2 hours time. Following bikepaths and Lakeshore Blvd., we'll cycle back to Niagara Falls the same day! Be prepared to cycle @ 130 kms. at an average pace of 27 km/hr., which will mean about 5 hours of cycling + stops for food and drink along the way! You should count on returning to the Falls by around 6:00 pm. The adult fare, one-way to T.O. is $17.50.

Let us know if you are planning on coming - they have room for 46 bikes on the train. Imagine a group that big! ;-O

I'm in, with Linda on the tandem! F.Y.I. adult one-way fare from N.Falls to Union Station is $ 21.75 and members also have the option of catching the train in St. Catharines with an 8:55 am departure time and a fare of $ 19.85 one-way to Union Station. Just to emphasize, it will be a very manageable B ride pace. It will be a lot of fun and as always, no rider will be left behind. Hope to see many of you there on Sunday!

Forgot to mention that the departure time from Niagara Falls is 8:30 am, be there by 8:00 am to allow enough time to purchase tickets and load your bike on the train. The same holds true for St. Catharines, allow yourself at least a 30 minute cushion prior to the scheduled 8:55 am departure time.
