NOTL Figure 8 Social Ride

Start from Fire Mans Park - head west toward the canal and down Mewburn to Queenston Road.

Tuesday AB Ride

From Fireman’s down St. Paul. Faster group goes up Beavan, and down Queenston Heights… B-ish group goes all the way to York. We meet up again along the parkway before turning down Line 8 to connect with Concession 6, all the way to EW line then into NOTL the back-way, past Fort George. Stop at Park for washrooms. Along the water, past the Golf Course to Shakespeare before we head back to Lakeshore. Lakeshore, Left on 4 Mile Creek, Right on EW, Left on Townline, Right on Church, Right on Read, over Canal then race all the way to the old Frado’s. Cross the Homer Bridge.

May 20 Alternate B Ride

This is an Alternate Route for B riders. Depending on the turnout, it may be necessary to split the ride into A and B groups or A/B+ and B. If we decide to split, I will lead this ride. It will be a little shorter with less climbing than the posted AB ride. It generally follows Lucy's route but we will cut a few corners and end up at the same rest stop.

Victoria Day Morning B Ride

Saturday combined A/B ride with Lucy

Saturday A/B Ride....a bit of everything on a route that bypasses the Niagara Classic Race and holiday traffic in the Falls.  Hosted, by Lucy DeFazio.

The coffee stop will be the 2x4 Diner in Wainfleet since we couldn't find a Tim's close enough (http://2x4diner.com/Menu/2x4_menu.pdf). Toast, english muffins, pie, pancakes etc. or bring your snack.

To accommodate both levels, we will have one regroup at Rockway Community Centre after the 2 climbs. Our faster climbers can loop around and do the climbs twice for extra challenge if we have a gap! :-)

Thursday Night AB Ride: May 18, 2017.

Saturday B Ride - May 12th

A nice flat ride for those B riders getting their legs.   Heading past the reservoir and the power plant,  through the falls before it gets busy, along the parkway, then back to Fireman's park the "back roads'.

(PS.  Ignore that the cue sheet says we start from the Regency... I am borrowing a ride from last year! ;-)
