Climb Flight Locks and cycle through Thorold to Cataract Road. Meander through Welland to River Road, take Church St to Canboro Road and stop at Coffee shop in Ridgeville at approximately 50kms

Thursday July 25 - back to the hills :)

I know the group just did a variation of this Tuesday however I wanted to head to the hills.  Its not the exact same route but the same area :)

Made it hilly... mad dash to do a circle and back again.  We don't have to go madly... lots of fun on rolling hills where we can pace ourselves
