Coffee  at about 83 km at the Punch Bowl Bakery  

Course is flat till the 133 km mark, where we will be going through the Short Hills for 6 kms.  We could miss the Short Hills by going further South. This would have to be determined by Balfour and would add about 10 k's.

Mewburn to York Road, up Queenston to the Parkway to Netherby to Doan's Ridge Road to Chippawa creek Road and back along Garner
