When you click the "E-mail new password" button, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address associated with your account. You will need to know either your "Username" or your "E-mail Address" to proceed. If you do not receive the e-mail within 5-10 minutes, please check your e-mail's Junk folder. The e-mail sent to you will let you know your Username and new Password tied to the e-mail address for your Account. You can use either your "Username" or "E-mail Address" in the "Username" field on the Member Login Page.
