Come join us for a short 25 km stroll through the City, gather afterwards on the Klein's patio for refreshments and snacks.

Thrtough St. Catharines via Queenston Rd. to avoid RTCC, which runs along the lake through Port Dalhousie this year. Climbs up Rockway, Seventeenth St. and Tice Rd. before we coast into Welland for coffee at Black Sheep around the 55 km mark. Canal trail through Allanburg on the return portion.

Wind from the south tomorrow morning so we'll take a trip down to Ridgeway.  Start time is now 8:00  a.m.  Coffee stop at Pie Guys in Ridgeway.  

By special request! Come join us and overcome your fear of climbing. We'll help coach you through it and regroup at the top of each climb. After it's over you'll know how to "embrace the hill" on future rides! I promise we'll get you through it.
