What pace can I expect on APLV Niagara Cycling Club training rides?

This depends on the group you ride with. We currently hold five different groups (A Group, B Group, C Group, Social Group, and Recreational Group) to ride with during the week.

What pace are the Amici Per La Vita Niagara Cycling Club training rides?

This depends on the group you ride with. We currently hold five different groups (A Group, B Group, C Group, Social Group, and Beginner's Group) to ride with during the week.

Are helmets required during club events?

All club members participating in club events MUST wear an approved cycling helmet at all times. Any club members who show up for a club event without a helmet will be asked to put one on prior to being allowed to ride with the club.

Can I participate in the Club events without being a member?

Training rides are open to Amici Per La Vita Niagara Cycling Club members only. There will be a 2 "trial" maximum for those individuals who are not sure about joining the Club, but are interested in trying it out!

All riders must abide by the Amici Per La Vita Niagara Cycling Club Code of Conduct. Riders violating the code will be given a warning. Continued violations may result in revoking of ride privileges.

How do I join the Amici Per La Vita Niagara Cycling Club?
