We've shortened our Canada Day rides due to the extreme heat and humidity forecast for the weekend! It will be a combined A&B group ride pausing frequently to replenish our water supplies and to take a break or two out of the sun. Make sure you bring (2) water bottles and hydration tablets of some kind to add to your water. We'll make up for these latest missed long rides later in the summer when the heat and humidity subsides. Don't forget about our potluck tailgate at Firemens Park afterwards starting between 11:00 - 11:30 am as the other groups arrive back at the park.
