East to Parkway & then down Concession 2 to E&W Line. Across Lakeshore & up the canal path to Thorold Timmies.

Continue along canal path to Allanburg bridge, Baaron, McLead to Garner & return.

Join the Canal path after crossing @ Allenburgh  (via Garner, McLeod, Barron); down the canal path, jog through Secord Woods and out again. Queenston back to Canal, Cross Carlton St. Bridge, Read Rd Church and back up Concession 6 with Mewburn climb at end.  We will ride on the path where we can (eg. out of Thorold) although the route planner would not let me map that.
