Regency to Parkway to Queenston, through the woods, York Rd. to Queenston Road, loop to Carlton Bridge up the path to Glendale, up Taylor, Warner and Mountain to Regency

A sociable scamper from the Regency down through NOTL and back with a coffee break @ either Timmys or Balzacs in Olde Towne. We will slip by Laura's homestead & the Mackenzie Printery en route to communing with General Sir Isaac Brock while ascending Queenston Heights followed by short hop back to the Regency.

This will be a flat ride. Heat warnings are in effect. Be sure to have at least 2 full bottles at the start and after the rest break.Keep your pulls short and maintain a steady reasonable B level pace. Advise your ride leader or fellow riders if you notice heat related symptoms for yourself or other riders.
